For the purposes of this Policy, AGC Automotive Replacement Glass Czech, s.r.o. with registered office at Sklářská 450, 416 74 Teplice, Czech republic and registered in Commercial register administered by the Regional Court in Ústí nad Labem, section C, file no. 522 under number 183 854 94 and with VAT CZ18385494 ("AGC Automotive Replacement Glass Czech, s.r.o. ", "us", "we", or "our" ) acts as the data controller for the Personal Data that is collected via the Website. As a data controller, AGC is responsible for ensuring that the processing of Personal Data complies with applicable data protection law, and specifically with the General Data Protection Regulation.

  1. Who does AGC share your Personal Data with?

Specifically, our servers are located in Czech republic and our group companies and third party service providers and partners operate In Czech republic. This means that when we collect your Personal Data we may process it in any of these countries.

However, we have taken appropriate safeguards to require that your Personal Data will remain protected in accordance with this Policy. These include implementing an intra-group data transfer agreement (the "Intra-Group Data Transfer Umbrella Agreement") based on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers of Personal Data between our group companies, which require all group companies to protect Personal Data they process from the EEA in accordance with European Union data protection law.

Our Intra-Group Data Transfer Umbrella Agreement can be provided on request. We have implemented similar appropriate safeguards with our third party service providers and partners..

        1. Data Retention: We retain Personal Data we collect from you where we have an ongoing legitimate business need to do so (for example, to provide you with a service you have requested or to comply with applicable legal, tax or accounting requirements).

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your Personal Data, we will either delete or anonymise it or, if this is not possible (for example, because your Personal Data has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your Personal Data and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.
